OEKO-TEX

The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate, and end products at all stages of production. This strict certification can only be applied to products that meet more than 300 requirements relative to the handling of harmful substances. Mimaki achieved OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification of raw materials for inks at the Nissenken Quality Evaluation Centre.

ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® authenticates the safety of chemicals used during the production of textile dyes, pigments and finishing agents. The following inks have achieved the ECO PASSPORT certification from OEKO-TEX®: Sb320/420, Sb411, Sb53/300, Sb54/310/410/MLSb510, Sb610 and MLRC500.

These certifications reinforce Mimaki’s commitment to develop ink and inkjet systems that reduce environmental impact.
 

GREENGUARD

GREENGUARD Certification ensures that a product has met some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air, and is acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.

Mimaki achieved GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold certifications for its UV-curable inks (LH-100, LUS-120, LUS-150, LUS-170, LUS-190 and LUS-210), its solvent inks (AS5, BS4, CS250 and SS21), and its latex ink (LX-101).

This certification enables our customers to maintain creativity in a diverse set of markets while printing sustainably.
