1. Reboot the printer with the green switch on the front side.
If you cannot reboot the printer with the green switch,
try to reboot the main power switch on the left side of the printer.
2. If the printer still freezes sometimes, please note the timing when the printer froze. Report the timing and other relevant conditions when you contact service.
Ex) Freezes at
“While operating the Gap Check”
“While table moving up & down with arrow keys”
“While printing”
“While waiting”, etc.
