Mimaki Europe was established in 2004 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, a transportation hub of Europe with good access to various countries. It performs its sales and services through distributors and dealers in each country of Europe, Middle East and Africa. With a warehouse in Rotterdam, the company is supplying products to the entire EMEA region.
Mimaki-Deutschland GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Mimaki Europe from July 1, 2013, is located in Munich, Germany. The company is in charge of after-sales services in Germany which is one of the major industrial countries in Europe.
In April 2016, the Istanbul Technical Center in Turkey was made into a subsidiary, and sales functions were added. They are planning to further strengthen the support system for Turkey’s neighbouring countries, and are developing sales activities with a view to increasing market share.
In June 2017, Mimaki Europe established a joint venture company Mimaki Bompan Textile S.r.l with Bompan in Italy, providing total solutions for the Textile and Apparel market including the promotion of digitalization.
Mimaki Engineering develops, manufactures and distributes wide-format inkjet printers, cutting plotters and software.
Mimaki USA opened its office in 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia, a centrally located city in southern USA. With four sales offices and service centers located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles, the company is serving the entire USA.
Mimaki Brasil was established in Sao Paulo, Brazil in July 2009. The company is in charge of sales and maintenance service for Mimaki’s inkjet printers and cutting plotters in Brazil, a country with high expectations of further economic growth.
In 1995, Taiwan Mimaki started procurement of parts in Taipei, Taiwan. In 1996, the company moved to an office near Taichung and sourced plastic molded products not only for Mimaki but also other Japanese companies. In April 2007, the office moved to a larger office with improved warehousing and commenced production of inks.
Shanghai Mimaki was established in June 2009, in China which is now often called “the factory of the world”. The company is in charge of sales and maintenance services for Mimaki’s inkjet printers and cutting plotters for textile and industrial production.
Mimaki India provides Mimaki products and technical service for users in India which is expected high economic growth rate over the years.
Mimaki Indonesia was established in Jakarta, Indonesia in November 2011. We develop a market and expand localized sales and service network in Indonesia where has the 4th population in the world, the largest country in ASEAN and a stable economic growth.
Mimaki Australia was established in Sydney, Australia in April 2013, will further strengthen its position in South East area including Sydney and Melbourne, then expands market share throughout the country by making close and direct relationship with customers.
Mimaki Precision was established in 2004 through a spin-off of Mimaki’s processing and mold sector. Equipped with a state-of-the art machining center, electrical spark machines and plate processing machines, Mimaki Precision currently supplies highly precise milling parts and processed jigs and parts to the company itself and even to outside customers.
Mimaki IJ Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province, about 100km to the southwest of Shanghai.The company develop and produces inkjet printers and inks, etc for newly developing countries like China and India.
In October 2016, Mimaki La Meccanica S.p.A. in Bergamo, Italy, was made a wholly owned subsidiary of Mimaki Engineering. We develop and manufacture high-speed models for the TA market and contribute to enhancing the product lineup of Mimaki Group.
In February 2017, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in Vilnius, Lithuania, acquiring aspects of that country’s UAB VEIKA’s business related to the manufacture and sale of digital ink as well as the sale of digital media.
GCC (Graphic Creation Company) was established in 2004 for the purpose of providing digital printing services. In May 2006, the company moved to Akasaka, Tokyo and opened its showroom. Operating a pilot plant for digital printing including pre-treatment and post-treatment for textile printing, the company also provides printing services for various industries.
