Mimaki opens a new subsidiary in Australia

Mimaki Engineering Co., ltd. (President: Hisayuki Kobayashi), a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting plotters, established a new sales subsidiary in Sydney, Australia on April 1, 2013, starting operations from August 2013. With the establishment of a new subsidiary in Australia, it is Mimaki’s intention to expand upon its presence and strengthen its sales network to provide superior customer service.
In Australia, Mimaki has partnered with local distributors for a long time and will continue to do so. By establishing the wholly owned new subsidiary in Sydney, Mimaki will further strengthen its position in the Australasian region. The new operations are a sign of Mimaki’s commitment to the Australian industry, their customers, and the desire to provide the best after-sales service and support.
