Features of TS55-1800

Quality printing

With the TS55-1800 it becomes possible to print on high resolution (480 x 600DPI) with a higher ink density using one-pass printing at 135m2/h. Our unique MAPS system (Mimaki Advanced Pass System), which eliminates banding, is already available at two-pass printing.

Productivity

With the “first in its class”, optional Mini Jumbo Roll the TS55-1800 reaches a level of productivity at market disruptive pricing. 2500 linear meters on one roll Mimaki Vision Jet-X coated transfer paper (57g/m2) in combination with 10L ink tanks will change the perception of productivity in this market segment.

Continuous operation

Unattended printing with Mimaki’s Nozzle Check Unit and the Nozzle Recovery System. The NCU automatically cleans the print head when nozzles malfunction. When nozzles are not repairable, printing can continue by the use of another nozzle, without the loss of productivity or a reduction in print quality.

Newly developed Sb610 ink set

Available in very competitive 2L packs (with dual BMYK or BMYK Lb Lm Fluor pink and Fluor yellow) or low cost 10L tanks (with dual BMYK) the Sb610 ink sets allows you to grow your business profitably. This OEKO-TEX certified ink is suitable to print skin-friendly clothing and other textiles like bed linen, table cloths etc.

Textile RIP TxLink4

With the launch of the TS55-1800 TxLink3 is upgraded to TxLink4. This dedicated textile RIP software features new functionalities and improvements on usability such as: 16Bit engine improving rendering and RIP speed, effective nesting saving media and variable data printing.
