Features of the UJF MkII Series
Mimaki Advanced Pass System (MAPS)
MAPS is Mimaki’s unique anti-banding feature. Swath boundaries are overprinted and boundaries prone to banding are printed with fewer ink droplets.
Mimaki LD Mode
The LD Mode allows printing on an uneven surface with up to 4.5 mm difference in media thickness, without a noticeable drop off in print quality.
MFD-Mimaki Fine Diffusion
Dithering is an image processing technique, which transforms image data for inkjet printing. Pattern and error-diffusion dithering may, however, generate particular image noise resulting in uneven colour printing or tone jumps, even on a high-performance printing unit. New RasterLink 6 software*, incorporates patented* image-processing MFD, which reduces noise due to dithering through hybrid processing of pattern- and error-diffusion dithering, thereby enhancing print quality.

Maintain high productivity levels
In the event of a nozzle malfunction not being repairable by the use of the maintenance function, printing can continue by the use of another nozzle, without any loss of productivity or a reduction in image quality.
Mimaki Circulation Technology
Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT) for white ink circulates the ink at regular intervals to prevent pigment sedimentation occurring. This results in printing becoming more stable, requires fewer cleans and delivers a more cost effective use of ink.
Three types of LED UV ink
LH-100 hard UV ink excels in scratch and chemical resistance as well as colour reproduction. LUS-120 flexible ink has a wide colour gamut, good weather resistance and can be folded and stretched up to 170%.
Both ink sets include CMYK LC, LM, White, Clear & Primer
LUS-150 flexible ink stretches up to 150% and delivers vibrant colour reproduction. Available in CMYK + White inkset, it adheres well to rigid and soft materials.
Simultaneous white ink under and overprint
Print outstandingly colourful, bright images on transparent and coloured substrates with white ink under or overprint.
4/6 colours only
Without white ink as a basis for overprinting, the colours are not as vivid as they should be.

With the white ink overlay print, the images are bright and vivid.
